Deposit

To confirm the reservation you will need to provide either your credit card details or a deposit equal to the first nights accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes made within "48 HOURS" of the checkin date, or you Fail to checkin. Will result in the forfeit of the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night!

Cancellations made on bookings that are paid in full or a deposit is taken will incure a 25% cancellation fee.

Payment Options

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, If you wish to pay the balance of your accommodation by cheque, please ensure payment is received at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
